Our practices and policies are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for all. I kindly ask for your trust in our expertise and respect for our operational decisions, which are based on extensive training and professional licensing. We are always open to feedback and suggestions based on your experience as it will be taken into consideration to continue building a successful business within the Professional Massage Therapy industry. As a Public Service Healthcare Professional Massage Therapist and experience within the Industry for 16 years, along being new business owner from 2025 seeking to assist the community as a huge sacrifice away from family, friends and fun festivities by continuing to strive towards promoting Self-care, overall well-being onto the Navajo Nation. As Nationwide Native American Tribal Members have to travel for Self-care, and wellness off any reservation, I will ask as a Business Owner to Clients refrain from negative criticism Operation Strategies to of-which one day you may need a Professional Massage Therapist to assistance in your overall well-being journey as it did for myself, with countless others as clients and Public Service Oath Gatekeepers. As a walking image to represent not just the Massage Therapy Industry, I also represent our Military Personnels, other Healthcare Professionals. Infinity Dreamscapes Professional Massage Therapy is strictly dedicated to all Military, all Law Enforcement Agencies, Healthcare Providers and Professionals, Firefighters/ EMTs to those who molded me to be where I am today as a Public Service Healthcare Provider Professional without even knowing how they all inspired towards finding an occupation that would meet me in the middle.
Client Conduct:
Our therapists are dedicated to creating a safe and professional environment for all clients. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior or language. Our sessions are strictly professional and are focused on the overall well-being goals of our clients.
- Please provide accurate and complete health information on your intake form and during the pre-session consultation. It is important to inform your Professional Massage Therapist of any changes in your health or any discomfort you may feel during the massage.
- The massage is for therapeutic purposes only. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate or sexual advances, comments, or requests. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and you will be responsible for the full payment.
- Please do not arrive at your session under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The session will be terminated, and you will be responsible for the full payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any point if a client's behavior is disrespectful, inappropriate, or violates this code of conduct.

Any attempts to solicit staff for other businesses or to gather information for competitive purposes will result in a permanent refusal of service.

Permanent Refusal of Service for Interference with Infinity Dreamscapes
Policy Statement:
Infinity Dreamscapes maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any deliberate attempts by individuals or entities to disturb, disrupt, or negatively impact the well-being and business structure of our organization.
Prohibited Actions:
This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following actions:

Competitive Interference: Engaging in or attempting to engage in investigations or business espionage, including posing as a client or employee to gather confidential information.

Solicitation: Attempting to solicit Infinity Dreamscapes clients, staff, or business partners for a competing business.

Malicious Conduct: Any action intended to harm the reputation, operations, or financial stability of Infinity Dreamscapes.
Consequences for Violation:
Any individual, including former employees, competitors, or clients, found to be engaging in the prohibited actions listed above will face the following consequences:

Permanent Refusal of Service: The individual will be immediately and permanently banned from all Infinity Dreamscapes locations and services.

Legal Action: Infinity Dreamscapes reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including civil lawsuits for damages and injunctive relief, to protect our business interests.
This policy is in place to ensure the continued integrity and professional standing of Infinity Dreamscapes.
By proceeding with an appointment or walk-in service at Infinity Dreamscapes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

By booking an appointment with Infinity Dreamscapes, all clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to adhere to our policies, including non-payment of cancellation fees or repeated violations of our Terms and Conditions, constitutes a breach of contract. Infinity Dreamscapes reserves the right to pursue full payment of all fees owed and to prosecute individuals who fail to adhere to these terms, up to and including legal action for breach of contract, non-payment, and recovery of damages. Repeat offenders will not be permitted to book future appointments and may be subject to a permanent ban from our services.

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book a session, that time is specifically allocated, and a missed appointment impacts our ability to serve other clients and our therapists' schedules.

Required Notice:
We require a minimum of [24] hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

Late Cancellation Fee:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will not incur any charges.

Cancellations made with less than [24] hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of [The service cost based on our systems we will charge at 100%].

This fee will be charged to the credit card or Past Payment of No Show and Cancellation will be included at your next appointment.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-shows or cancellations) will be charged the full price of the reserved service. No-show charges are non-refundable.

Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "No-Show."

No-shows will be charged [No Show will be the scheduled service cost based on our Systems will be a higher flat fee of 100%].

Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to Pre-pay for all future appointments or refusal of future service.

Late Arrival Policy:

We kindly request that you arrive [5-10] minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

If you are more than [15 minutes] late without prior notification, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. We may waive cancellation fees in cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Documentation may be required.

Credit Card on File:
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card will be required to be kept on file. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as per this policy. (At this time : Infinity Dreamscapes Professional Massage Therapy will be establishing Secure Card Payment Methods. We are only accepting Cash Correct changes and tips are always greatly appreciated)
2. Walk-in Policy
While we do accept walk-in clients when availability permits, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee your desired service and time.

Availability
Walk-in appointments are subject to therapist availability. There may be a wait time, or we may be unable to accommodate walk-in requests during busy periods.

Documentation for Walk-ins:
For all walk-in clients, required documents must be present at the time of the appointment request and prior to service. These documents may include [list specific documents, e.g., government-issued ID, intake forms, health history, proof of specific referral if applicable, etc.]. Failure to provide these documents will result in the inability to receive services at that time.

First-Time Walk-ins:
First-time walk-in clients will be required to complete our standard intake forms and health history questionnaire before receiving any services. Please arrive early enough to complete these forms.

Pricing:
Walk-in services are subject to the same pricing as pre-booked appointments.

The primary concern is always the safety, comfort, and well-being of the minor. A Parent/ Legal Guardian present ensures appropriate supervision and allows for direct communication regarding the minor's health history, treatment goals, and any concerns.

Professional Ethics:
Infinity Dreamscapes Professional Massage Therapy adheres to strict ethical guidelines that prioritize client safety and professionalism, especially when working with minors.

Inquiries:
Minors Under 18 are required to be accompanied by a Parent/ Legal Guardian. This ensures that accurate information can be shared, any necessary consent forms can be discussed, and all policies regarding minors can be clearly explained to the responsible adult. It also protects the business from potential misunderstandings or liability.

Parental/Guardian Consent:
Infinity Dreamscapes Professional Massage Therapy Minor General Liability Release Forms are required to be filled out from a Parent/ Legal Guardian before a minor can receive any Professional Massage Therapy Services.

Parent/Guardian Presence:
For younger minors (e.g., under 18), Parent/ Legal Guardian is required to be present within the Professional Massage Treatment Room during the entire session.
Infinity Dreamscapes Team Members, All Staff including Professional Massage Therapists will not be responsible for Client Personal Belongings

Why "Masseuse" and "Stewardess" are Outdated
The term masseuse is a French word that literally means "female practitioner of massage." Its male counterpart is masseur. In modern, professional settings, the use of these terms has become outdated. This is because the titles focus on gender rather than the professional's qualifications, which can feel discriminatory and demeaning.
Similarly, the term stewardess refers to a female flight attendant. Its male counterpart is "steward." Over time, the industry shifted to the gender-neutral term flight attendant to acknowledge that the profession is open to all genders and to emphasize the professional role, not the individual's sex.
Professional Alternatives
To ensure you're using respectful and accurate language, it's best to use gender-neutral and professional titles. Here are a few examples:
