Professional Massage Therapy: Appointment Cancellation Policy
To ensure the fair compensation of our dedicated Professional Massage Therapists and the efficient scheduling of appointments, we kindly request your adherence to the following policy:
Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will not incur any charges.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 75% of the total service fee. This compensation ensures our Professional Massage Therapists are fairly compensated for their time that was reserved for your promised appointment.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-shows) will be charged the full price of the reserved service. No-show charges are non-refundable.
Accepted with Required Forms Presented at the time of Scheduling Appointment: Walk-Ins, Professional Healthcare Provider Referrals, Online Appointments.
