How Infinity Dreamscapes got started?

Professional Massage Therapist Since 2010:


In childhood, 8, one elder Grand-Father who represent other Medicine Men and Medicine Women based on countless gatherings had requested to be his Apprentice by studying Native American Traditional Healing within the Navajo Capital Window Rock Arizona focusing on surrounding communities. Full knowledge, comprehension, and understanding of Tribal Ancestor Healing, if not followed, either the Tribal Healer or a Tribal Healer bloodline may become unwell. Tribal Ancestors were misjudged, criticized, & reprimanded for being unable to translate Native Language - English Language to teach benefits that encompass historical generations passed down towards our young.


Working on collaborating and growing with partnerships to pass meaningful value behind what encompasses our overall well-being until Infinity Dreamscapes is Self-reliant and Self-sufficient towards creating a safer environment, assisting communities on Tribal Land & surrounding Communities by supporting Tribal Holistic Healers


Infinity Dreamscapes with Professional Massage Therapy Services will be Native American Blend (Navajo Cultural Complementary and Alternative Medicine with Restrictions), Eastern Cultural, and Western Cultural. Most Importantly to place on NCCAM for CAM. 

 

 

We offer a series of Speciality treatment and Duration sessions of:

Community Events of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes. Individual Treatment duration sessions of: 60 minutes and 90 minutes. Trained in a variety of modalities, visit "Services & Rates" to learn more about the various techniques.

Our clinic is committed to your well-being, and we ask that you show respect to all healthcare professionals on staff. This includes our Licensed Massage Therapists, who are vital members of the healthcare community.

 

Why "Masseuse" and "Stewardess" are Outdated

 

The term, "masseuse," is a French word that literally means "female practitioner of massage." Its "male" counterpart is, "masseur." In modern, professional settings, the use of these terms has become outdated. This is because the titles focus on gender rather than the professional's qualifications, which can feel discriminatory and demeaning.

Similarly, the term "stewardess," refers to a, "female flight attendant." Its "male" counterpart is "steward." Over time, the industry shifted to the gender-neutral term flight attendant to acknowledge that the profession is open to all genders and to emphasize the professional role, not the individual's sex.

 

Professional Alternatives

 

To ensure you're using respectful and accurate language, it's best to use gender-neutral and professional titles. Here are a few examples:

Instead of "masseuse" or "masseur," use:

  1. Massage Therapist

  2. Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

  3. Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) (common in Canada)

Instead of "stewardess" or "steward," use:

  1. Flight Attendant

  2. Cabin Crew Member

To maintain the standards and operational integrity of our practice, and in respectful consideration of our valued partnerships and sponsorships, we have updated our service policies. Our ability to maintain our facility, ensure the availability of appointments, and provide a sustainable practice relies on the respect for our scheduled time. This time is crucial for our professional staff, for maintaining property, restocking high-quality inventory, and managing our business operations to better serve our community.

 

                                               [ Re-Enforcing ] Public Service Effective September 3rd, 2025:
 

Infinity Dreamscapes will no longer accept last-minute cancellations or reschedules under 24 hours notice. By signing you understand, Infinity Dreamscapes require more than a 24 hour notice for Appointment Cancellation, and Rescheduling. Appointment "No Shows," is a subject Full Treatment Service Fee at 100%. 

 

Imperative to Cancel or Reschedule via Appointment Confirmation Email.

 

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hour notice, or a failure to show up for a scheduled appointment "No-Show," will be subject to a charge of 100% of the Scheduled Service Fee. This fee compensates for the Licensed Professional Massage Therapist's time, the reserved space, and the lost opportunity to serve other clients. Services will be prepared during preparation time while, "New Clients," is filling out the required Medical General Liability Release Form, and "Existing Clients," is preparing for Infinity Dreamscapes Service Treatments.

 

 

Effective September 3rd, 2025:

Infinity Dreamscapes will no longer accept last-minute cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. All Clients will receive an appointment email confirmation that will provide an option to, "Cancel," or, "Reschedule."

 

Cancellations within 24 hours:
 

Will be subject to a fee of [100% Cost of Service and License Professional Massage Therapist Time of no performing reserved appointment].


 

Appointment Reminders will be sent 24 hours prior to Schedule Appointment Time (If you OPT IN), and No-shows:
 

Will be charged 100% of the service cost.


 

Reschedules within 24 hours:
 

Will be treated as a cancellation, and services are required to be charged at 100%. 

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. We ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis for true emergencies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we continue to grow and serve our community. 1. Appointment Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy applies to all Massage Therapy Service Appointments (e.g., Massage Therapy, Wellness Sessions). It does not apply to professional business consultations, sponsorship discussions, or partnership scheduling inquiries via Partnership / Sponsorship Inquiries Schedule a Meeting Click Here)

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book a session, that time is specifically allocated, and a missed appointment impacts our ability to serve other clients and our therapists' schedules.


 

Required Notice:

We require a minimum of [24] hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

 

Late Cancellation Fee:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel at 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will not incur any charges.

  • Cancellations made with less than [24] hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of [The service cost based on our systems we will charge at 100%].

  • This fee will be charged to the credit card or Past Payment of No Show and Cancellation will be included at your next appointment.

 

No-Show Policy: 

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification (no-shows or cancellations) will be charged the full price of the reserved service. No-show charges are non-refundable.

  • Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "No-Show."

  • No-shows will be charged [No Show will be the scheduled service cost based on our Systems will be a higher flat fee of 100%].

  • Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to Pre-pay for all future appointments or refusal of future service.


 

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Client required [15] minutes arrival prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

  • If you are more than [15 minutes] late without prior notification, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply.

 

Exceptions:

 We understand that emergencies happen for Active Organizations Federal and Government, Law Enforcement Agencies, Healthcare Professionals, Military. Genuine Emergencies may waive rescheduling fees in cases of extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion between Infinity Dreamscapes Team Management. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Active Badge for Employment is Required.

Permanent Refusal of Service for Interference with Infinity Dreamscapes

 

Policy Statement:

Infinity Dreamscapes maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any deliberate attempts by individuals or entities to disturb, disrupt, or negatively impact the well-being and business structure of our organization.

 

Prohibited Actions:

This policy applies to the following actions:

  • Competitive Interference:

    • Engaging in or attempting to engage in investigations or business espionage, including posing as a client or employee to gather confidential information.

  • Solicitation:

    • ​​​​​​​Attempting to solicit Infinity Dreamscapes clients, staff, or business partners for a competing business.

  • Malicious Conduct:

    • ​​​​​​​Any action intended to harm the reputation, operations, or financial stability of Infinity Dreamscapes.

 

Consequences for Violation:

Any individual, including former employees, competitors, or clients, found to be engaging in the prohibited actions listed above will face the following consequences:

  • Permanent Refusal of Service:

    • ​​​​​​​The individual will be immediately and permanently banned from all Infinity Dreamscapes locations and services.

  • Legal Action:

    • ​​​​​​​Infinity Dreamscapes reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including civil lawsuits for damages and injunctive relief, to protect our business interests.
