Infinity Dreamscapes Professional Massage Therapy is expanding, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join us! We are proud to partner with the Navajo Nation Workforce Development Program to help us find the perfect candidates for our team.

Positions Available :

Front Desk Management Assistant

Job Description

1. Client Management :

   Greeting clients warmly, checking them in and out for appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Willing to learn to handle general service inquiries, ability to answer client questions about services. Ensuring to maintain a positive environment. Confident to handle Front Desk Operational Tasks without management's frequent assistance. 

2. Scheduling and Communication :

   Managing the appointment calendar; involves booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments for clients. Managing inbound appointment calls, follow up calls, emails, and online inquiries. 

3. Administrative and Financial Tasks :

   Confident to handle electronic payment processing.  Educating clients on General Intake Forms, General Liability Forms are required towards managing client records (including personal and financial information while maintaining confidentiality), and handling retail sales of products or gift cards.  Reporting to Management of Spa Inventory, Client Refreshments, ordering office supplies.

4. Operational Support :

   ​ Maintained reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable. Assist with light duties to support the massage therapists. Managing laundry duty to ensure clean linens are available. 

Additional Duties

Daily duties, a front office assistant may also be involved in event-related tasks, including:

1. Promotional and Marketing Support:

   Assisting with the creation of marketing materials for events, such as flyers, social media posts, and emails, to promote special offers or new services.

2. Event Coordination:

   Helping to organize and manage special events or promotions, such as  wellness workshops, or community outreach programs, etc. Involving tasks like managing RSVPs collaboration meetings, preparing event materials, and greeting attendees.

3. Community Engagement:

   Representing the business at local events, helping to build relationships with the community and promote the clinic or spa's services.

Infinity Dreamscapes Professional Massage Therapy is actively seeking highly motivated and community-engaged individuals to form the foundational team of Administration Professionals. These crucial roles are essential for enhancing client engagement and supporting business operations.
